This 4×2 light-duty cargo chassis is specially developed using a mature light-truck vehicle platform. It is specially built for harsh non-paved road conditions such as mountains, muddy areas, mining areas, forest areas, and construction sites. It takes into account basic cargo carrying capacity and all-terrain passing capabilities, and reserves sufficient space for modification. It can be adapted to various special tops for box cargo, self-unloading, firefighting, sprinklers, truck-mounted cranes, and rescue.
Drive structure: rear integral drive axle, front drive axle with clutch hub. The longitudinal beams are made of high-strength stamped steel plates welded through the main beams. The front suspension has multiple leaf springs, and the main and auxiliary rear suspension have superimposed leaf springs to improve heavy-load vertical stiffness. The passability index meets the standards for off-road operations. The front and rear axles have strengthened brake assemblies, multiple wheelbases are optional, standardized upper body fixed installation points are reserved at the rear of the frame, the beam has no protruding interference structure, and it is suitable for all kinds of special vehicle mounting welding and bolting installations; the cab is divided into three layouts: single row, half row, and double row to meet the passenger needs of drivers and passengers. The 24V vehicle circuit is reserved for modified wiring harness interfaces, which is suitable for the installation of special lamps, water pumps, hydraulic units and other peripherals.
Applicable working conditions: Suitable for modification of light off-road special vehicles with a total mass of 6-9 tons, covering high-frequency operation scenarios on non-paved roads such as forest firefighting, mining material transfer, field engineering operations, mountainous agricultural and forestry transportation, emergency rescue and rescue.
